Digital Denture: complete digital process for the manufacture of removable dentures
Digital Denture is a manufacturing process that combines the digital production of removable dentures with established treatment steps in the dental practice. Ivoclar Digital is the only company that offers a complete process for the production of removable dentures and includes both players - the dental lab and the dental practice. Digital Denture offers dentists a systematic and efficient workflow for the production of customized dentures. Your patients benefit from the high accuracy and fracture toughness of the milled denture base. Should you need to prepare another set of dentures later on, you can conveniently go back to the data you saved for the first set.
Specially developed clinical procedure
Specifically for Digital Denture, Ivoclar Digital has developed a clinical procedure that is based on the manual process you are already familiar with. The UTS CAD and Gnathometer CAD provide you with easy-to-use gadgets that allow you to furnish your dental technician with the data required for achieving predictable high-quality final dentures. In addition, they give technicians an additional measure of assurance when setting up the teeth. This enables both sides to benefit from an efficient work process.
