Characterizing with composite resin systems
Characterizations and natural-looking features, for example, hypocalcifications or stains can be created with composite systems such as IPS Empress Direct. The special Effect materials (e.g. IPS Empress Direct Color, Effect Trans 30 and Trans Opal) are applied very thinly (approx. 0.1 – 0.5 mm) under the enamel or incisal layer.
