Digital Denture: digital process for the manufacture of removable dentures
Digital Denture is a manufacturing process that combines the digital production of removable dentures in the dental lab with established treatment steps in the dental practice. Ivoclar Digital is the only company which offers a complete process for the production of removable dentures and includes both areas - laboratory and practice. The software is from 3Shape. When producing full dentures digitally instead of by hand, you not only benefit from the digital workflow which saves you more time and provides greater safety. Cooperation with the dentist is also far more efficient. You work together as a team, hand in hand.
Specially developed clinical procedure
A clinical procedure was specially developed for the Digital Denture similar to production by hand. With the UTS CAD and the Gnathometer CAD, the dentist has clinical equipment which is easy to use. The information, which this provides you with, allows a high predictability and quality of the final denture. In addition, it gives you assurance during the set-up.
